Sensei Golz Clinic

Please be advised that the Atlantic Karate Club will be hosting the Sensei Golz clinic on September 3rd 2005. The schedule is currently as follows:

09:00 to 11:00	All Kata and Kihon
11:00 to 12:00	Niseishi bunkai
12:00 to 13:00	Lunch (Ik-kyu examinations)
13:00 to 15:00	Nage-no-kata and Hen-shu-ho
15:00 to 16:00	Rinten, Hanten, Ju-ni-shi and Seiken-no-tori (Black belts only)

Cost: $15:00 for kyu and $20.00 for Black belts.
